歌川達人

1990年生まれ、北海道出身。映像作家。
大学卒業後、フリーランスとしてNHK番組やCM、映画の現場で働く。初監督ドキュメンタリー『カンボジアの染織物』がカンボジア、スペイン、ブラジルで上映され、ギリシャのBeyond The Borders International Documentary Festival 2018 コンペティション部門審査員特別賞を受賞。
中編『東京2018 プノンペン』がFestival/ Tokyo18にて展示上映。
短編『時と場の彫刻』がロッテルダム国際映画祭2020、Japan Cuts 2020などで上映。
長編ドキュメンタリー映画『浦安魚市場のこと』は全国20以上の劇場で公開。
2022年より一般社団法人Japanese Film Project 代表理事として、映画業界のインクルージョンに関する調査や事業も行い、研究領域でも活動している。
他にも、主に地方で映画上映の企画やキュレーションにも携わっている。
2025年春より、東京大学大学院学際情報学府博士前期課程在籍予定。

Tatsuhito UTAGAWA

Born in 1990, Tatsuhito Utagawa is a film director and artist.
He has made films for NHK, Japan's public broadcaster, TV commercials, and films. His debut documentary film is "Cambodian Textiles" (2018) screened in Cambodia, Spain, and Brazil. It won a special jury award at the Beyond the Borders International Documentary Festival in 2018.
"Tokyo 2018 Phnom Penh" (2019, short doc) was shown at the Festival Tokyo 2018.
"The Sculpture of Place & Time" (2020, short doc) was screened at IFFR 2020, Japan Cuts 2020 and at TDFF 2020.
It won the Best Choreopoem Award at the Film and Video Poetry Symposium 2020.
"Urayasu Fish Market"(2022, feature-length doc) was released nationwide in over 20 theaters.
Since 2022, he has been serving as the Executive Director of the Japanese Film Project.
Starting in the spring of 2025, he will be enrolled in the Master's Program at the University of Tokyo's Graduate School of Interdisciplinary Information Studies.
